full of stars
My name is Bowie Thompson and I’m a feminist painter who is stimulated by the experience of color.
The world around us may lack color, but as a person with synesthesia, I feel it everywhere I go. This makes my artistic process intuitive. I let the sensation of color move my paintbrush to show the beauty of nature, passion of sexuality, and the wonders of fantasy.
I have been painting my whole life and finally decided to start my dream business in 2021 called STELLACIOUS ART, which means “full of stars.” My shop includes a vibrant variety of paintings, prints, buttons, stickers and more! Every single piece I sell is made by me and my family. I even design and hand-wrap my best-selling item, which is my lighters.
color and compassion
As a trans artist, I challenge the beliefs of my community with STELLACIOUS ART.
I exhibit the beauty of queer love and expression through a colorful and compassionate lens. When you experience my art, you will take home a world of dazzling color.
